Privacy-sensitive data or personal data is processed via our webshop. Grixx B.V. considers careful handling of personal data of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us.

Your account
Certain features of our service require you to register beforehand. You will then need to provide information about yourself and choose a username. We use this to create an account, which you can log in to with that username and a password of your choice. For this we use your name and address, telephone number, billing address and e-mail address. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We will keep this information until you cancel the account.

We keep this information so that you do not have to fill it in again and again and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement. You can change information through your account whenever you want.

Handling order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it properly. We may then give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. For this we use your name and address details, telephone number, billing address, e-mail address and payment details. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until your order has been completed. We keep certain customer data longer in connection with the statutory fiscal retention obligation.
